We here at Creola Scents Company are always striving for being the best in this industry. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with any of our products, please view our return/exchange polices below.
Any and all products must be in new, unused, condition within twenty-days (21) days of purchase.
We are happy to refund or exchange unwanted items in perfect condition within 21 days of receipt. Please reach out to our customer service department at creolascentsco@gmail.com. When returning non-defective items, you are responsible for the shipping fees and all other inferred costs.
Returns by mail may take up to two (2) weeks to be processed for customers in the U.S. The return process could take up to two (2) months for customers in other countries. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed. Your bank/credit union may take longer to post the transaction.
After returning merchandise back to Creola Scents Company, via mail all items will be reviewed and inspected, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card in which was used for the purchase price of the item.
