Shipping policy
After your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship within 3-7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
We strive to ship the orders in one package however sometimes we may have to ship orders in multiple packages. If you receive only part of your order, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for the remainder of your order to ship.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.
If you are an International customer, USPS does not provide tracking for packages once they leave the United States. We are unable to give you any further information beyond what the tracking shows. To track packages for the entirety of their journey, we recommend selecting FedEx International Priority for all International orders.
Creola Scents Company is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or custom clearance fees for orders shipped outside the continental U.S.
Shipping Addresses:
Please be sure to confirm all information with the exact street address, P.O. box, city, state, and zip code. Remember to fully spell out everything in your address. This will help to prevent any errors in shipping your items. Creola Scents Company will not liable for order placed incorrectly on the website and refund/exchange will not be issued in these circumstances. So please ensure all of the information is correct before making your purchase. Website order errors are the sole responsibility of the customer. You will be able to add, edit, or delete shipping addresses while you are in the address confirmation step of the check-out process.
Business Days & Holidays:
All orders will be processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays within the United States. Orders will be shipped according to the chosen shipping method selected. If orders are placed after our cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
Packages will not be shipped on the weekends or on the following US holidays.

Damaged Items Upon Receiving
Upon receiving your items it is broken or otherwise defective, please let us know within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving your package. Send photographs of the damaged item(s) to our Customer Service team via e-mail at creolascentsco@gmail.com
Upon review of the photographs we'll gladly refund your return shipping costs and either issue a refund for the item(s) or send a replacement item(s) according to your preference.
